BESPOKE METAL WORKSALL ASPECTS OF STEEL FABRICATION CERTIFIED TO BS EN 1090 EXECUTION CLASS 3
Dart Fabrication, along with Landmarc, offer all aspects of steel fabrication from bespoke balustrades, gates and railings to bridge construction and structural steel. We are based in South Devon, but due to having our own in-house transportation, we can work nationally. We have an experienced core crew with over 30 years’ experience, and we are certified to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3, meaning we comply with stringent quality requirements and can CE mark our work.
We can build bridge structures in excess of 30 meters in length. We offer a full design and build package and work collaboratively with architects and engineers. Our structural steel fabrication is coded to meet the standards of BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3. We have successfully completed several bridge structure projects for Somerset County Council, Butlins - Minehead, Worcester County Council and East Sussex Council to name but a few.
We create bespoke metal work from garden gates and handrails up to estate fencing and entrance gates. We offer a variety of different finishes such as hot-dip galvanised, powder coated or painted in a colour of your choice to make your project unique.
Since the 1st of July 2014 it has been a legal requirement to CE mark ALL structural steel used in construction under the EN1090 standard. At Dart Fabrication we have gained accreditation up to and including EN1090 EXC3 for our steel fabrication meaning we follow stringent quality requirements and are able to carry out every day structural steelwork projects such as portal frames and fabricated beams. We also supply structural steel beams to the building trade.
When there's something you just can't buy in the shops, it'll probably have to be a one off! Our bespoke metal work includes custom made forestry guarding for tractors and excavators etc. and static or active water features, together with Landmarc's water engineering services. We also have a soft spot for hand forged quality and welcome your commissions.
