Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work with my architect?
Yes, we are more than happy to, also if a structural engineer is required and you don’t have one appointed, we can source one for you.
Will you update us as the project progresses?
Yes, we will do our best to update as much as possible, you are also more than welcome to visit our workshop, by appointment, to see the project progressing.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes! We offer an installation service at an extra cost.
Do you offer an in-house design service?
We offer a full design and construction package, or we can work collaboratively with architects and engineers. We like to work closely with our clients so we can achieve what they want.
Do you charge for site visits?
If you’re closeby, within a 10 mile radius from our base then we don’t usually charge for a site visit. Outside of this area we will charge for a site visit. See the map below.
Tier 1 – £65.00 + Vat
Tier 2 – £80.00 + Vat
Should you go ahead with the project, this charge will be deducted from the final project bill.
